1. Services We Provide

Orkopiña Cleaning Service. Inc. provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, property management cleaning, and specialty services such as carpet or window cleaning.

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, and staffing.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through email. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from us.

Arrival Window: Due to traffic, weather, and job variability, cleaners may arrive within a 1-hour window of the scheduled time.

2.1 Recurring Appointments

Recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) receive priority scheduling. Maintaining the same schedule helps ensure consistent results and service continuity.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. To maintain fair scheduling for all clients:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Skipped recurring appointments may result in adjusted pricing for future cleanings.

If our team is unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on service type, home size, labor time, and condition. Quotes are estimates only and may be adjusted based on actual cleaning needs.

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

4.2 Late Payments

Invoices are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Past-due balances may result in paused service or late fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe cleaning experience, clients agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • Secure pets appropriately before the cleaning team arrives.
  • Remove fragile items or valuables from exposed cleaning areas.
  • Ensure running water and electricity are available.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

This guarantee applies to items included in the selected service package.

7. Limitations & Liability

While our cleaning professionals take great care, we are not liable for normal wear, pre-existing damage, or deterioration of items such as blinds, screens, paint, or fragile décor.

We are also not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from unstable furniture or improperly mounted fixtures.
  • Items already broken, cracked, or poorly installed.
  • Loss of items not properly stored by the client.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond normal cleaning scope, or if staff are subjected to unsafe behavior.

9. Use of the Website

Your use of our website is governed by these Terms. We may update website content, pricing, policies, or features at any time.

10. Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services or website, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will be revised. Your continued use of our website or services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
